2.1.1 Air pollution online detection equipment

Users can install the EG20 module introduced above on the serial port of the sewage detection equipment, log in to the EMCP IoT cloud platform through computer networking, add on-site devices, and configure data formats to complete device access. The EMCP IoT platform analyzes and processes real-time water quality parameters collected on site, not only producing corresponding statistical reports and trend analysis, but also displaying them to users in an intuitive chart and curve format.

Overall system architecture

Firstly, connect the detection device and EG20 using the 485 bus, insert the SIM card into the EG20, connect the EG20 to the computer via a 232 data cable, and power on all devices. Open the DTU Configuration Software to configure the module. For specific configuration methods, please refer to the DTU Configuration Software User Manual document. After configuration is completed, log in to the EMCP IoT Cloud Platform, add devices, and add rules. For specific methods, please refer to the EMCP IoT Cloud Platform Operation Manual. After all the configuration work is completed, we can open the computer's web page to view and control the air detection device. On the landing page, the mobile phone scans the QR code to download the "Yunliangtong APP", and then logs in. At this time, the newly configured device appears in our mobile phone. In just ten minutes, the water quality detection device can be connected to the Internet. No matter where you are, open your mobile phone to monitor the on-site water quality at any time.

3、 System implementation
