2、 The difficulties faced
1. Water quality is of utmost importance for high-density fishing and aquaculture. Abnormal water quality parameters or equipment failures and shutdowns can cause irreversible losses to aquaculture.
2. The aquaculture environment requires 24-hour monitoring, and manual water temperature and quality testing and control are relatively cumbersome. The operation and management of various equipment are complex and time-consuming, which invisibly increases the cost of manpower and material resources

(1) Remote monitoring
Real time collection of pH, ORP, water temperature, water quality, pH, dissolved oxygen value, water flow rate, conductivity and other data, as well as operational data of various equipment. In case of abnormal water body parameters, the equipment will issue abnormal alarm reminders. The system can also automatically control equipment such as aerators, feeding machines, and water pumps based on parameter information. Mobile phones or computers can view real-time water quality and aquaculture area conditions, saving manpower and improving the quality of aquaculture products.
(2) Automation logic control
According to the process, write control programs for CLC-16R or PLC, calculate the deviation between target parameters and actual parameters, as well as changes in indoor environment, and automatically control equipment such as oxygenation pumps, lighting, water pumps, etc. It can achieve functions such as oxygenation, light supplementation, water change, temperature increase, and feeding. And combine with the remote monitoring function of the EMCP platform to achieve unmanned operation of the integrated sewage station.
(3) Cloud configuration screen
It can continuously monitor key aquatic environmental parameters such as dissolved oxygen, water temperature, pH, etc. in water for 7 * 24 hours. Through data reports, change curves and real-time data return, managers can transfer the oxygen content, temperature, light and other parameters of the aquaculture base water quality and on-site meteorological parameters to the Internet platform. It is possible to visually see the real-time operating status of the equipment, remotely control the equipment, and achieve visual management of on-site equipment.
(4) Remote alarm
It can monitor various data of the aquaculture system 24 hours a day. When the system detects faults or abnormal situations in the heating equipment, as well as large differences between the monitored data and the set values, the gateway will promptly notify the responsible person through various methods (telephone voice, SMS, message push, webpage voice, etc.).
